InfoSight – Now Includes CUAD Reporting Guide Information

You will now be able to find the CUAD Reporting Guide information on InfoSight under the “Compliance Calendar” channel of InfoSight. This guide was previously directly emailed at the beginning of each year; however, this information now can be accessed at any time through your InfoSight account. This channel includes regulatory compliance dates and a compliance calendar. Be sure to scroll down to read the “other important reminders and information” as this contains information on reports and notices that must be sent on an annual basis. North Dakota and South Dakota reporting requirements can be found under “ND and SD Specific Calendar.”
