As reported in the Memo last August, Railway Credit Union was awarded a $25,000 grant through the NCUA’s Community Development Revolving Loan Fund (CDRLF) for the installation of a surcharge-free ATM for the entire community.

Railway Credit Union’s new Diebold ATM went live on Wednesday, October 17^th and is located in the drive up at the 1006 East Main Street, Mandan location.     

The CDRLF disbursed a combined $1.4 million in technical assistance grants to help more than 100 small credit unions improve service, train staff and expand community outreach efforts.
