New Ideas Conference Kicks Off in Fargo – Memo Reporting Live
Credit Union professionals are gathering in Fargo, ND today for the second annual New Ideas Conference. If last year’s conference is any indication, conference attendees can expect to walk away feeling a bit exhilarated and full of creative ideas to take home to their credit unions.
The first item on the agenda was a CUAD Board Meeting that took place yesterday afternoon and lasted into the evening. In attendance were CUAD President/CEO Robbie Thompson, CUAD VP of Advocacy Jeff Olson, Board Chair Steve Davis, and Board Members Jerry Peterson, Travis Kasten, Jennifer Starks, Darwin Brokke, Dave Gleason, Veronica Holweger, Shannon Webster, and Peter Butterfield.
For the next three days, the Memo will be published from the conference, so even if you cannot attend this year, you can stay informed and get a recap of the presentations. Expect lots of photos too!
CUAD staff will be wearing matching t-shirts with fun credit union inspired designs. Attendees will each be receiving one of the t-shirts. The dress will be casual to keep the mood fun and light. No stuffiness allowed at this conference! Stay tuned to the Memo this week for more updates.
