Citizens Community Credit Union Seeking VP Lending

Citizens Community Credit Union, with $128M in assets and located in Devils Lake, ND is seeking to fill a newly created VP of Lending opportunity. Reporting to the CEO and a member of the executive team, this position will lead a skilled lending team and set the strategic direction for the credit union’s lending activities.
The successful candidate will have proven success managing the credit and production of a lending operation in a credit union or community bank, along with assessing the current products and services to meet the needs of a growing membership.
Well-rounded lending experience in mortgage, consumer, and commercial programs with expertise in agricultural lending is required. Stellar communication skills will be necessary to fit well into this service focused organization. Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership and supervisory experience required, Bachelor’s degree in preferred.
