Highmark Federal Credit Union has announced that Joanie Howland has been promoted to Mortgage Lending Manager. 

Howland will ensure that Highmark’s emphasis on providing prompt and personal attention to those seeking tailor made home financing options is consistently delivered. With 30 years of mortgage lending experience, she is highly knowledgeable on all loan options offered through Highmark, such as FHA, VA, Rural Development, Conventional, First-time Homebuyers, as well as the new Homes for Heroes Program.  Her level of expertise further advances Highmark’s commitment to provide members with an unparalleled array of loan options throughout Western South Dakota.
