University Federal Credit Union of Grand Forks, ND was an active participant in this month’s “Miracle Jeans Day”, the nationwide campaign raising funds to support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. 

The theme “Miracle Jeans Day - Wear Jeans, Help Kids” was the inspiration that the credit union used to come up with their unique way of raising attention and attracting donations. Credit Union staff used recycled jeans to make crafted items, which were then sold, with the profits being donated to the fundraiser.

Many credit union members also made donations, which enabled University FCU to raise a total of $175.15 –
